Scott Warren, the creative mind behind the highly acclaimed salon Hair Inc., possesses an impressive background in the hairdressing industry. His journey began in the renowned West End, where he honed his skills at prestigious establishments such as Michael John and Nicky Clarke. Eager to expand his expertise, Scott pursued an extensive barbering course, allowing him to specialise in both men’s and women’s hair cutting.
Scott’s talents have taken him to various destinations, including a remarkable opportunity in 2002 when he embarked on a journey to Japan for the Football World Cup. During this prestigious event, he had the privilege of working for the Football Association (FA), where he catered to the hair grooming needs of the England team while they were in Japan. His participation in such a globally renowned sporting event further solidified his reputation as a skilled and sought-after hairstylist.
Following his ventures abroad, Scott made his mark in several West End Hair Salons, showcasing his creativity and technical prowess. However, he eventually felt a calling to serve his local community more directly. As a result, he assumed the role of manager at HOB Salons in Stanmore, dedicating 10 successful years to the establishment.
Driven by his passion and entrepreneurial spirit, Scott took the next step in his career by establishing his own salons. Presently, he finds himself as the proud owner of Hair Inc., a thriving salon located in Borehamwood. Over the course of seven years, Scott has built a loyal clientele and fostered a welcoming environment where clients can expect the highest level of hairdressing services.

Natalie (Owner / Director)
I embarked on my professional journey in the field of hairstyling by enrolling in a rigorous seven-month intensive course at Vidal Sassoon, despite being considered a mature student at the time. Following my training, I gained valuable experience by working in various local salons, where I honed my skills and expanded my expertise over the past two decades. Throughout my career, I have developed a particular proficiency in long hair cutting and blow-drying techniques, as well as performing Blow-drys and keratin treatments. I derive immense satisfaction from my current position at Hair Inc, primarily due to the exceptional camaraderie and unwavering support exhibited by my fellow colleagues. Our team embodies a diverse range of knowledge and expertise within the industry, creating an environment conducive to continuous learning and personal growth.

Emma (Director)
I have a passion for colour and expertise in hair artistry. I started my journey as a hairstylist in 1992, learning from famous celebrity stylists in London. I then traveled across Europe for five years, gaining experience and building connections in the industry.
When I returned to the UK, I wanted to share my knowledge, so I became a teacher while working as a full-time hairdresser. I opened a center where I trained staff at a high-end salon and provided opportunities for stage work and session styling.
Driven by my desire to support aspiring stylists, I opened my own salon with a unique concept. All of my students became stylists, creating a supportive environment for learning. I offered various courses and programs, operating as a private academy.
To enhance my expertise, I pursued a Wella Masters degree and specialised in colour. I also took additional courses focusing on bleach and vivid colors from “Not Another Academy.”
My dedication and talent have been recognised through awards and nominations. I was a finalist in the Hertfordshire Colour Specialist category at the Salon Awards in 2021. The following year, I won the UK Hair Awards National Blonde Specialist of the Year and was a runner-up for Colour Technician of the Year. In 2023, I became a finalist for FHA Color Master of the Year. Since joining Hair Inc, I have gained a loyal following for my vibrant colours and extensive colour knowledge. I offer a range of colour services, including balayage, colour corrections, personalised colours, and more, always prioritising the health of my clients’ hair.

Gemma (Senior Stylist)
For the past 19 years, I have immersed myself in the hairdressing industry, starting my journey at the young age of 15. It all began as a Saturday girl, where my passion for the craft took root. As soon as I finished school, I eagerly embarked on my apprenticeship, eager to learn and grow in the field that I had already come to love.
Throughout my career, I have discovered my strengths lie in men’s hair and women’s short hair cut and blow dries. These areas have become my expertise, allowing me to create stylish and tailored looks that enhance my clients’ individual features and personalities. The satisfaction of transforming someone’s appearance and boosting their confidence is truly fulfilling.

I am delighted to share that I have recently achieved my Level 2 qualification in hairdressing from the esteemed Learning Curve Group of Hairdressing. This comprehensive 18-month course provided me with a profound understanding of the craft, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. My name is Issy, and I currently hold the position of a Level 2 apprentice at Hair Inc. Despite her time in the spotlight, Amy’s love for being around people brought her back to her roots, and now, the salon is her favourite place to be.
With a bubbly and friendly personality, Amy thrives in the vibrant atmosphere at H.I. Salon. She enjoys being organised and helping others, which makes her a perfect fit for her role as front of house. For Amy, there’s nothing more rewarding than ensuring clients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they step through the door. Sinead (Apprentice)
Sinead is an ambitious and passionate apprentice at H.I. Salon, dedicated to mastering the art and skill of hairdressing. Currently training under expert stylists, she is committed to expanding her knowledge and refining her techniques in all aspects of hair care and styling. Ollie brings energy, enthusiasm, and a great sense of humor to H.I. Salon every Friday and Saturday. While his true dream is to soar as a pilot, we’re thrilled to have him on the team, where he lights up the salon with his lively spirit and willingness to help out wherever he’s needed. Ollie’s charm and positivity make him a joy to have around, and he keeps our weekends running smoothly and filled with laughter.
